Wasnt really clear about ad supported 99 cent version. It doesnt seem to let you use the camera unless you paid full price. That not very clear. Spent 99 cent on something I didnt want.

I thought this app would be helpful in translating some French literature I have. I was disappointed to find that the camera function cost $2.99. I paid it and tried the function only to find that most of the time it gave me an error. When it did do something it translated it into something that looked like Arabic even though it was apparent it was set to French>English. I wish they gave a limited amount of photo translations before paying so that I could have seen how well it worked first.

I downloaded the app and itll work find for text translations only. That is, unless you pay the .99 or 2.99. If you dont pay you cant use any of the image translation features. A pure waste of time!

I downloaded the app, paid the hidden fee to use the photo function, and it errors out every time. I am very displeased with this nonsense.

Spent the $2.99 to upgrade. Works great. Been looking for a photo translator that works for a long time.

I get errors from time to time. Although errors are annoying, I have been successfully translating a book written in German to English. Cant usually capture a whole page at a time but two pics per page isnt bad. I looked for better options online but nothing worked as good as this one.

This app has not translated a single Japanese phrase for me. "Unable to recognize text" is consistently displayed even with very clear and high quality images.

The concept is good but horrible ability to translate. Tried several clearly printed images in a few languages and not able to translate. The translations tend to have symbols from other languages not English. All languages were translates to English. Horrible not worth the time.

You need to pay to use any image translation features.

I bought it for the pic to text translator. I spent 3.99 and it didnt even work!!

$4 to use part of the app that doesnt even work. I will be contacting them to get my money back.

The title says it all. I set the app to translate Chinese to English but its somehow defaulting to English to English. For reasons beyond my comprehension, theres a default need for that...

Dont bother to get cost money to take picture
