This app is nothing but a spam.

I chose Greek to English, took various pictures from a Greek book and it auto-detects the source language as Finnish or Slovak and translates to gobbledegook which it says is English but is a mixture of strange characters and no actual words. Waste of money!!!

Will not see a simple German paragraph to translate out of a book. Plus free version will not let you do anything.

The free version doesnt do much of anything.

Cannot ocr Japanese text at all, there should be a confirmation window showing how well the ocr is working.

The only translations you can do are text input based, unless you upgrade to the premium version. Misleading, misleading!

I needed an IMAGE TRANSLATED for a school project and I have to BUY IT FOR $2.00?? THATS RIDICULOUS!!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD UNLESS YOU WANT ONLY TEXT BASED TRANSLATIONS THAT ARENT CORRECT!!!!

Waste of money - translations form image generally work awful

Downloaded the free version, but when you try to use the features, you have to purchase an annual subscription. No thanks!

Being able to snap a camera picture of some foreign text and get an understandable translation from it is simply amazing!

No stars For this Product does nothing. Google translator is better, though it doesnt take pictures, it is a better Translator.

I cant believe how many languages are represented in this app. Very easy to use. This is the best translation app I have seen!

Absolutely love this app. Translations are perfect. Being able to take a picture of text and translate it is the future. High def voices are unbelievable. So cheap for what you get.

Does not work! Paid 2.99 and tried on large print and small print neither worked.... It is all garbled does not work at all. ****Beware good reviews must be posted from the owner! No one could possibly rate this app. 5stars

Ive used a number of these translators in the past but nothing compares to the communilator. It is extremely user friendly - Ive been able to use it for both recreational travel and international business. Way to go!!!!

This is by far the best translation application available, and for free! Its so easy to use and with photo recognition and voice its just mind boggling. I recommend Communilator!

Communilator is the best mobile translation application out there, and its free! With the promotional pricing of 2.99, it is definitely a steal. The photo recognition is outstanding and the voice command is just as awesome. I highly recommend Communilator whether youre traveling, learning a new language, or simply just want to have fun.
